- Car rentals/hire is available at a separate cost, upon request and based on availability.
- Nanny services are avaiable at a separate cost and upon request.
- For groups bigger than 10pax, guests are required to make arrangements for extra help, or we may organize for extra help at an extra cost.
- Our housekeeping staff shall not attend to extra activities of guests i.e. cleaning dishes or looking after infants.
- Security is available at the premises 24/7 as well as guard dogs. Visitors to guests are encouraged to sign in with the on-site manager upon arrival and shall not be permitted to stay at the premises past 10pm or without prior communication.
- As a security precaution, visitors of guests shall not be permitted at the villa when booked guests are not available.
- Housekeeping shall be done between 10am and 12pm.
- As a security precaution, guests are required to surrender the villa keys to the on-site manager whenever leaving the premise.
- Vehicles can be cleaned at a separate cost and upon request.
- As a security precaution, guests should notify the on-site manager whenever they intend to stay out of the villa later into the night.
